New Boeing Program Provides Repair Data to Educational Institutions
In coordination with ATEC, Boeing has launched a new Out-of-Production Aircraft (OPA) Maintenance Training Program, designed to provide educational institutions with access to authentic Boeing maintenance manuals for select out-of-production aircraft models. To participate, institutions must meet certain program requirements:
- Insurance: Participating schools must meet specific insurance requirements to be eligible for the program.
- Program Fees: The program includes an initial onboarding fee as well as an annual subscription fees.
- Confidentiality Agreement: Detailed information regarding fees, aircraft models, and program materials will be shared after execution of a Property Information Agreement (PIA) with Boeing.
Schools interested in learning more about the program are asked to complete a questionnaire at https://licensing.boeingservices.com/licensingquestionnaire.
Submission of the questionnaire allows Boeing to determine eligibility and, if appropriate, initiate a PIA so that additional program details can be shared.
