The Association for Women in Aviation Maintenance (AWAM) is a nonprofit organization formed for the purpose of championing women’s professional growth and enrichment in aviation maintenance by providing opportunities for networking, education, mentoring, fostering a sense
of community, and increasing public awareness of women in the industry. AWAM offers annual scholarships in excess of $180,000 through our partnerships with industry-leading companies that are available to both students and to certificated A&Ps of any gender.
