Airworthy Documentary Now Streaming

Now streaming on Apple TV, Airworthy highlights women pursuing careers in aviation maintenance and the pathways into the profession. The film was first previewed at the 2025 ATEC Conference in Norfolk.

The documentary follows students, including those from Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM), as they progress through hands-on training, build foundational skills, and prepare to enter the field.

The AIM students are mentored by United Airlines’ all-female “Chix Fix” team as they train for the Aerospace Maintenance Council Competition at MRO Americas in Chicago, showing how training translates into real-world performance.
