Organization Overview

The Department of Aerospace at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) was established in 1942 and has grown into one of the most respected aerospace programs in the nation. It is among the largest of the nation's collegiate aviation institutions, with seven undergraduate programs, including Maintenance Management, three graduate programs, twenty-two full-time faculty members, 100+ flight instructors, and over 1,300 students.
