Professional Bio
Carlos Vazquez is the Founder & CEO of GoSprout and a nationally recognized workforce development leader focused on modernizing career and technical education through structured work-based learning. With more than 20 years of experience in education and workforce systems, Carlos partners with postsecondary institutions, employers, and apprenticeship sponsors to strengthen pathways from classroom to career.
Through GoSprout, Carlos has supported the digitization and scaling of Registered Apprenticeship Programs across high-demand industries, including aviation maintenance. GoSprout partners with United Airlines to support its Calibrate Aviation Maintenance Technician apprenticeship program—integrating related technical instruction (RTI), on-the-job training (OJT), compliance tracking, and real-time progress visibility into one cohesive system.
Carlos is passionate about aligning CTE programs with industry standards, reducing administrative burdens for educators, and helping employers build sustainable, compliant, and scalable aviation technician talent pipelines.
