ATEC Academy - Tulsa

The ATEC Academy is a three-month professional development experience designed to support aviation maintenance instructors through a structured blend of in-person training, virtual learning, and applied teaching practice. Participants will engage in an immersive kickoff session, followed by guided coursework, mentorship, and assignments that reinforce real-world teaching skills. Phase I: Take-Off (In-Person Session)
June 9–10, 2026 8 AM-4 PM both days
Two-day, face-to-face training focused on teaching fundamentals, lesson planning, and instructional strategies.

Phase II: Cruising at Altitude (Live Virtual Sessions and Applied Assignments)

Phase III: Safe Landing
Mid August 2026 – Final cohort survey and course completion
