Tyler Sprague

With over 11 years of aviation experience as a Blackhawk Helicopter Mechanic, Director of Maintenance, and Program Coordinator/Instructor, I bring a deep commitment to student development and academic excellence. My career has been shaped by a passion for mentorship and a dedication to guiding individuals toward their full potential – values reinforced by my service as a U.S. Army Warrant Officer. I take pride in creating structured, supportive learning environments where students are empowered to grow personally and professionally. Watching mentees succeed remains the most rewarding aspect of my work.
