Professional Bio

Prior Military: I was a Crew chief on Ch-46E Sea Knights in the Marine Corps from 03-08. I joined the Navy in 09 and became a SS3 operator on board P-3c Orions.
Community College Chair and Instructor: I retired from the Navy in 17 and went to school for Industrial Systems Tech. I became an instructor and was eventually hired as Chair of the industrial Systems Technology Program at Lenoir Community College in Kinston NC.
LCC had plans to start a Part 147 Certified school to meet the growing demand for AMTs of our local aerospace industry and I became the Chair and Instructor for the Future Aviation Systems Technology / Airframe and Powerplant program.
In this capacity I have been preparing our current facility to house the program and we just passed out final inspection. Our inspection team will be out here this week to sign our certificate and allow us to start classes.
We have recently broken ground on our future facility. This facility is located at the base of the ATC tower at the Kinston Airport.
This new building will be 65,000 Square ft dedicated to Aviation Maintenance and Pilot ground school training.
our plans are to make this the most advanced and comprehensive Aviation school in North Carolina and hopefully more.
