Professional Bio

I’m an aviation-focused marketing executive who believes marketing should be a true driver of growth—not just awareness.

As Executive Vice President of Marketing at Spartan Education Group, I lead strategy across demand generation, brand, digital, and the full student lifecycle. My focus is building modern, performance-driven marketing organizations that directly impact enrollment, efficiency, and long-term enterprise value.

Over the past 25+ years in aviation higher education, I’ve worked at the intersection of marketing and admissions—aligning teams, data, and systems to improve conversion, strengthen brand positioning, and scale what works. I’m especially passionate about building marketing engines that combine strong storytelling with disciplined execution, powered by analytics, automation, and emerging technologies like AI.

What motivates me most is the outcome: helping students access life-changing careers as pilots and aviation technicians, while also solving a very real workforce need across the industry.

I enjoy developing teams, creating clarity around metrics, and partnering with leadership to translate strategy into measurable results.

I earned my degree in Mass Communications (Public Relations and Marketing) from the University of Alabama.
