Professional Bio
Ross Kasun serves as Vice President of Content Strategy and Innovation at Transfr, where he leads the design and delivery of scalable career exploration and workforce readiness solutions that connect education to real-world pathways. His work focuses on aligning immersive learning experiences with industry demand to ensure learners are prepared not just for graduation, but for upward mobility and long-term career success.
Prior to joining Transfr, Dr. Kasun served as a Superintendent of Schools and was honored as the 2017 New Jersey Superintendent of the Year. His 17 years in public education leadership ground his work in the authentic needs of districts, educators, and students. He brings deep expertise in systems thinking, program strategy, personalized learning, curriculum design, and educational technology implementation.
Dr. Kasun holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Seton Hall University and is a frequent speaker on reimagining how learners discover, prepare for, and access future careers. His leadership bridges K–12 education and workforce innovation, helping institutions build coherent pathways from classroom to career.
