Aviation professional with almost 30 years in the General Aviation industry. I've worked as an AMT on various models of aircraft ranging from the DC-3 to a Falcon 2000. Over a decade of experience in the Learning and Development field developing and facilitating various training events to grow our team members and maintain compliance with several regulatory agencies. I have worked in a leadership role improve our company processes and increase the value of the services we provide to our customers using multiple continuous improvement technologies. I'm licensed Airframe and Powerplant Technician with Inspection Authorization, Private Pilot and actively working towards my instrument and commercial ratings. Also an adjunct faculty member at Lansing Community College.

Currently responsible for managing our Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Program, Training technicians to earn their Aircraft Mechanic Certificate with Airframe Rating.
