Professional Bio
Luke Ormsby is the president of AviatorPro, a next-generation online training platform that delivers adaptive, scenario-based pilot education for Student Pilot, as well as advanced professional training. Under his leadership, AviatorPro has pioneered integrations with major scheduling systems andhas built a custom Learning Management system platform. Along with this, AviatorPro has worked with the FAA to receive Part 141 approval, all while helping flight schools and students reduce costs while improving student outcomes.
In addition, Luke has served as the Director of the Aviator Career Program at Sierra Charlie Aviation (SCA) in Scottsdale, Arizona. At SCA, he has been instrumental in building one of the nation’s leading Part 61 programs, known for its career pilot program and exceptionally high standards.
Beyond program development, also serves on the Board of the National Flight Training Association (NFTA), where he advocates for modernization, regulatory alignment, and higher standards across the flight training industry.
Luke’s work continues to shape how flight schools, instructors, and students approach pilot training in a rapidly evolving industry.
