Jessica Istas

Jessica Istas is a dedicated and accomplished professional currently serving as the Director of U.S. Academia, Community Relations and Aftermarket Environmental Health & Safety at Bombardier. In this role, Jessica is instrumental in establishing meaningful relationships with technical schools to develop a robust pipeline of talent for A&P technicians. She played a key role in setting up and overseeing the Wichita Campus A&P Apprenticeship program and manages A&P technician scholarship offerings across the United States. Additionally, she works to enhance brand awareness and student interactions through strategic sponsorships with technical schools.

Jessica holds an MBA from Baker University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University. She defines success by the ability to lead a diverse team with varying priorities toward a common goal, ensuring on-time execution. Her professional interests include establishing a collaborative network within the community surrounding Bombardier's service centers to develop the workforce of the future.
