Jess Hendricks

I’m Jess Hendricks, a Program Manager at WSU Tech, where I lead the development and implementation of training programs that help shape the future of aviation professionals. My career began in 2012 as an Aircraft Mechanic, and since then, I’ve built a strong foundation in aviation systems, troubleshooting, and repair. Over the years, I've gained invaluable hands-on experience that has not only shaped my skills but also deepened my passion for the field.

I hold an Associate’s Degree in Aircraft Maintenance, and I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Organizational Learning and Leadership at WSU. This program is allowing me to further develop my leadership abilities and enhance my understanding of how to foster growth and success within organizations. It’s an exciting journey that complements my role at WSU Tech, where I have the privilege of mentoring aspiring aviation professionals.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of two children and enjoy the balance of small-town living. The experiences in both my career and personal life have made me a dedicated leader, focused on empowering others and ensuring the success of the programs I manage.
