Professional Bio
Carol Valentino-Barry is an educator and founder of Mentoring Mission, focused on building industry-education partnerships through expert mentorship. Currently pursuing a doctorate in education, she collaborates with airlines, military bases, and schools to create a pipeline for Aviation Maintenance Technicians. Carol works with high schools in Chicago, the greater San Francisco area, Mishawaka (IN), Milwaukee, and the Delta region to implement aviation maintenance curricula.
As a speaker at the Purdue National Aviation Symposium alongside TWU and Teamsters, she advocates for industry collaboration and collaborates with organizations like AWAM, WAI, and OBAP.
Carol holds a B.A. in Economics, an M.B.A., an M.Ed. in Secondary Education, and a Project Management certificate. She is also a passionate runner and yoga teacher.
