Rhonda Cooper

Rhonda Cooper is an Instructional Systems Designer and certificated Aviation Maintenance Technician with extensive experience in aviation maintenance training, curriculum development, and technical documentation. Her background spans airlines, MROs, and manufacturing, providing a strong technical foundation for developing competency‑based learning materials. Rhonda served on the FAA’s ARAC ACS Working Group and now continues that work with ATEC’s ACS Working Group, where she helps support national discussions on training standards. She is committed to strengthening aviation maintenance education through clear communication, practical instructional design, and collaboration across the training community.
