Etain Connor is a strategic leader whose career spans finance, government relations, and community engagement.
Ms. Connor began her career on Wall Street with an executive search firm and then financial research, strengthening her analytical expertise before transitioning to relationship-driven work focusing on customer service and business development initiatives for a manufacturing company.
Upon returning to Miami, Ms. Connor built a distinguished career in the nonprofit sector, driving fundraising strategies, revenue growth, and digital fundraising innovation for revenue optimization. She established a reputation for cultivating influential partnerships and positioning organizations for long-term sustainability.
As a consultant, she guided organizations through strategic planning, project management, client engagement, and retention initiatives, helping them modernize operations and unlock new growth opportunities.
Today, Ms. Connor is Director of Community Affairs where she integrates her cross-industry expertise to advance corporate engagement, government relations and community impact initiatives at FEAM Aero, a leading Miami-based MRO.
