Nicole Gleaton

Nicole Gleaton serves as Communications Coordinator for the Aviation Technician Education Council (ATEC), supporting communications, outreach, and event logistics for the organization and its members. She previously spent 15 years with Aviation Institute of Maintenance, where she advanced from Compliance Officer to Chief of Staff. During her tenure, she built expertise in regulatory compliance, communications, and institutional operations, while collaborating closely with community and industry leaders. A Virginia Beach native and Old Dominion University graduate, Nicole brings a proven record of higher education administration and advocacy to her role at ATEC.
