Best Practices Guide for Online Instruction in Part 147 Programs
A Comprehensive Approach to Designing, Building, Implementing, and Teaching Online Content
The goal of this Best Practices Guide is to provide an easy to use resource for FAA Part 147 instructors to use when developing hybrid classes; classes that deliver content and host activities both online and face-to-face. There are specific differences in online classes, such as methods for delivery, assessment, communication, and course structure that instructors must address in order to continue offering quality and engaging instruction. As such, this guide is divided into those sections, closing with a collection of additional references that the authors feel are beneficial to any instructor considering taking their class online.
