The Northrop Rice Foundation is once again offering 24 scholarships for AMT instructors to attend a one-week 787 General Familiarization course at the Boeing Longacres Campus in Renton, Washington from June 27 through July 1, 2016.
The course content relates to what AMT educators are teaching, so instructors will be able to use what they learn to further inspire students. A tour of the Boeing factory will be included in the program. Course objectives include but are not limited to:
Travel arrangements and expenses, including meals, are the responsibility of each scholarship recipient. The award process is administered by the Northrop Rice Foundation and the award recipient is selected based on merit by the NRF Board of Directors.
